Oh boy, How time flies...Happy 13th Months !!

Hi Five, my lil Toddler...
Yesh..how time flies..you are now 13th months old!!
As mummy enters my 2nd trimester..I find my energy level going up again..
and have started swimming again...much to your delight..as we get to play at the pool every weekend =)
It's really great fun as mummy gets a lil workout..which is good for my back..and you get to splash splash with daddy !! it's so fun to see you playing soo happily with the water..kicking your feet and wanting to 'walk' to the 'water sprinker' and have the water sprinkle all over your face..=)
and it seem like my nesting instinct seem to be striking me pretty early..i'm busy packing your stuff..making more space for your things..and also for Star*...

and recently, I am kinda obsessed in getting books for you..namely pop-up books..i love to see your eyes brighten up..as you flip the pages and a new character 'Pops Up'..you squeal in delight..and that really thrills me !!

and so, we decided to make space..and created space for your lil 'reading' corner..

Yeap, as 'announced', *Star* is a BOY !!
Initially, as Dr Woody was doing the scan..
he commented "mmm, looks like you need to go shopping.."
my heart kinda skipped a beat...mmm, so which means ...?
he continued to scan, trying to 'ka-jiao' *Star* while looking intently at the screen...
suddenly, *Star* did a flip and
Dr Woody said ... "ahhhh...guess dun have to do anymore shopping...look at this (pointing to the screen)...it's a boy !! "
I went .. " Really ??"
"Yes, it's 90% confirmed"
To us, nothing matters more than having a Healthy and Happy baby..
gender jus kinda add some spice to the 'equation' & shopping..hee
there are some who say that I am now the Queen..
let's hope it will be as such..and not end up as a Slave..=p
wahhhh so for now, it's eating & sleeping well for me and more shopping of stuffs for Ashton cos there's more mileage for his clothes / toys and books...wahhhh...
(Dar jus shook his head..I just have every reason/excuse to shop..be it a boy/girl..hee)..

1 year back..
you entered our lives..
it was the most miraculous feeling
the most beautiful thing...
the most wonderful adventure for us....
you were soo helpless then..
but it din take you long to show us that
you are an independent baby...
you slept thru since 3 months..
that was really a treat for us =)
It's always FUN time with you..
be it, feeding, bathing, playing...
you have brought us soo much JOY
and to the people around us...
We are not sure what did you wish for on your 1st bday...

but our wish for you remains the same..

that is to remain Healthy and Happy...

Though a toddler now..

you will remain as our lil baby forever..
being the first born..
